Important Notice

• Review Period: The process takes 7 to 14 days after a complete submission. Note that applications sent after 12:00 PM will be recorded as the next day’s application.
• Accuracy & Duplicates: Ensure all information and documents are accurate to avoid delays, as complete applications are prioritized. Duplicate submissions will be automatically rejected.
• 7-Day Document Deadline: All required documents must be submitted within 7 DAYS after being contacted by our Relationship Manager, or the application will be withdrawn.
• 5-Day CDD Deadline: ALL listed directors and shareholders must complete their Individual CDD form within 5 DAYS after receiving the email from CapBay (Subject: “A form is assigned to you”). If not completed, the application will be withdrawn.

Attention! Due to overwhelming demand, new applications that meet SME Corp and CapBay requirements will be placed on a waiting list pending the next allocation of funds. Our Relationship Manager will contact you once the new funding cycle is ready for processing, so we thank you in advance for your understanding and patience as processing will take longer during this time.
