How to get started

1. Initiate selling process

2. Set your preferred selling price
Investors can set their selling price either by directly entering the amount or by applying a discount or premium based on the outstanding investment amount.

3. Receive the payment
Once sold, funds will be reflected into your account balance.

1. Browse the available investment notes
Investors can access to the Secondary Market section via Invest Now tab.

2. Initiate buying process
Investors can directly purchase investment notes they want.

3. Confirm purchase intent
Once purchased, the investment note will appear under your Portfolio tab.
CapBay P2P Secondary Market offers investor flexibility by enabling investors to trade yet-to-mature notes, offering a pre-maturity exit option.
- Investment notes become available for sale on the Secondary Market only after a minimum 3-day holding period following the initial allocation and subsequent transactions.
- Investment notes must have a remaining tenure of at least 3 months.
To Sell
- New Investors:
To sell investment note(s) on the Secondary Market, new investors are required to top up and maintain a minimum portfolio of RM10,000, and invest into investment note(s). - Existing Investors:
To sell investment note(s) on the Secondary Market, existing investors may only select the eligible note(s) they are currently invested in, and this can be done through the Portfolio tab.
To Buy
- New Investors:
To buy investment note(s) on the Secondary Market, new investors are required to top up and maintain a minimum portfolio of RM10,000 portfolio amount. - Existing Investors:
To buy the investment note(s) on the Secondary Market, existing investors are required to maintain a minimum portfolio of RM10,000.
Any unsold investment notes will be automatically delisted after 2 weeks.
Investors can set their desired selling price either by directly keying in the amount or by applying a discount or premium based on the outstanding investment amount.
No, partial sales are not allowed. Each investment note must be sold in full if you choose to list it on the Secondary Market.
