How do I actually earn a Lucky Draw ticket?
You’re credited 1 Ticket for every RM10,000 your referred client deposits and invests with Auto-Invest switched on, once they’ve held that balance for 30 days from their Initial Date.
Is there a cap on how many tickets I can earn?
No. Ticket earning is uncapped — the more qualifying referrals and deposits you bring in, the more entries you hold in the Lucky Draw.
What happens if I end up with fewer than 3 tickets?
You need a minimum of 3 Tickets to qualify for the Lucky Draw. If you have fewer than 3 when the Campaign Period ends, those Tickets are forfeited.
Do I still get my usual referral reward on top of this?
Yes. Connect & Grow rewards referrers only, on top of the existing referral programme — which remains unchanged for both you and your referred client.
When and how will winners be notified?
The Lucky Draw is conducted via electronic random selection within 30 working days after the Campaign Period ends. Winners are notified through wallet credit, prize fulfilment and EDM — no claim process is required beyond identity verification.
What happens if my referred friend forgets to enter my referral code when they sign up?
The referral code must be applied at the point of registration. Referral codes cannot be added or changed retroactively; an invalid or missing code means you will not receive referrer attribution or a Lucky Draw Ticket.
As a referrer, do I need to meet any funding requirements on my own account to participate?
Yes, eligible referrers must maintain a minimum account balance of RM10,000 for 30 days from the Initial Date.
Does the referred client need to deposit the RM10,000 in a single transaction?
No, the campaign requires a minimum cumulative deposit of RM10,000 during the Campaign Period.
Can I refer someone who already has a CapBay account but hasn’t invested yet?
No, the Referred Client must be entirely new-to-CapBay and have no prior CapBay investment account as of the date they register using your code.
What happens if my referred client deposits the funds but withdraws them on day 29, or turns off Auto-Invest?
To qualify, the Referred Client must enable Auto-Invest during the Campaign Period and maintain the deposit amount for a strict minimum of 30 days from the Initial Date. If they fail to meet these conditions, the ticket will not be credited.
If I accumulate 20 Lucky Draw tickets, can I win the RM600 cashback more than once?
No, each Referrer may win a maximum of one (1) prize under this Campaign, regardless of the total number of entries held. If a Referrer’s entry is drawn more than once during the selection process, the additional draw(s) will be discarded and redrawn.
Can I participate in Connect & Grow if I am already enrolled in another CapBay campaign?
Yes, investors are allowed to participate in other CapBay campaigns concurrently, subject to each individual campaign’s eligibility criteria.
