Who is eligible to participate?
The campaign has two roles — Referrer (existing CrediBill users) and Referred Client (new Buyer SMEs). Each has its own eligibility criteria.

New Buyer SMEs (signed up via a Referrer Code)

SME signs up & transacts RM500+ four times
You refer ABC Trading. They sign up in July, get approved, then complete 4 separate qualifying transactions of RM800, RM1,200, RM650, and RM500 during the qualifying period.
SME signs up & transacts RM500+ twice
You refer XYZ Holdings. They sign up in June, get approved, then complete 2 qualifying transactions of RM900 and RM600 — but don’t transact again.
Transactions below RM500
Your referred client completes 5 transactions but each is below RM500 (e.g. RM300, RM450). They don’t meet the minimum qualifying transaction value of RM500.
Referred Client didn’t pass approval
Your Referred Client submits the Sign-Up Form but is not approved during CrediBill’s assessment, or doesn’t complete onboarding. Only approved & onboarded clients can transact and trigger tickets.
Code entered incorrectly
Your Referred Client enters an incorrect Referrer Code, Full Name, or Email on the Sign-Up Form. The first details submitted are final — they cannot be amended after submission.
Multiple personnel from the same company
You and a colleague both work at the same CrediBill Supplier. You each refer different SMEs using the same Company Referrer Code, but your own Full Name + Email.
Prizes are awarded to individuals — not companies.
Multiple team members from your company can each participate, track their own tickets, and win independently using the same Company Referrer Code. You’re competing with the wider Referrer community, not your own colleagues.
