The Refer and Prosper campaign rewards CapBay investors for bringing friends to invest on our platform. Both the referrer and the referred investor earn rewards when the referred friend meets the minimum investment requirement.

No. You can refer as many friends as you like. Each referred friend must meet the minimum investment criteria. The more qualified referrals you make, the higher your cumulative earnings.

Yes. A referral code is automatically assigned to every registered CapBay investor regardless of their investment balance. However, having a referral code does not automatically make you an Eligible Referrer. To receive the RM150 Promotion Credit, your investment balance must be at least RM10,000 at the point of payout. If your balance is below RM10,000 at that point, you will not receive the reward even if your referred friend has fully qualified.

Your referred friend's eligibility for the RM100 Promotion Credit is not affected by your own balance. However, your eligibility for the RM150 Promotion Credit will be assessed at the point of payout. If your balance is below RM10,000 at that point, you will not receive the RM150 — but your referred friend will still receive their RM100 provided they have met all the qualifying criteria.

If your referred friend withdraws any amount that brings their balance below RM10,000 before the 90-day Qualifying Period ends, neither party will receive any Promotion Credit — the referred friend will not receive RM100 and the referrer will not receive RM150. The referred friend must maintain a minimum balance of RM10,000 continuously throughout the entire 90-day Qualifying Period.

The 90-day clock starts from the date your cumulative invested balance first reaches RM10,000 AND your Auto-Invest profile is activated — whichever of the two conditions is met last. For example, if your balance hits RM10,000 on 1 May 2026 and Auto-Invest was already active, the clock starts on 1 May 2026. Both conditions must be met on or before 30 June 2026.

No. Both the RM10,000 minimum investment and the Auto-Invest activation must be completed on or before 30 June 2026 for the referred friend to qualify. Any deposit made after the Campaign Period ends will not count towards the qualifying criteria, and neither the referrer nor the referred investor will receive any Promotion Credit.

No. The referred friend must maintain a minimum balance of RM10,000 continuously and without interruption throughout the entire 90-day Qualifying Period. Any withdrawal that brings the balance below RM10,000 at any point during this period will disqualify both the referred investor (RM100) and the referrer (RM150) from receiving the Promotion Credit.
